Hiring Sales Assistant

Prospecting existing clients and warm leads, Financial and Insurance sales set up and prep. Report Production. The Sales Assistant’s primary duty is to ensure that the Principal has plenty of well-qualified individuals to talk to daily by phone and in person. 

The Assistant sets appointments with Clients with funds available for investment, seminar attendees, direct mail and social media responders as well as random call-ins. 

The Sales assistant will also prepare paperwork and documents necessary to open accounts and follow through until the accounts are funded. In addition, the individual will create reports for the advisor for client review. 

He or she will also assist in the development of insurance, investment, and financial planning proposals.
