Hiring Floor Manager

Job Summary: 
Oversees and handles the daily operations for the market including, but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Leads by example

  • Knowledgeable about our products
  • Maintains all proper dates and labels for items in the market
  • Maintains First-In, First-Out method for utilization of grocery items such as dairy and produce
  • Ensures proper levels of shelf merchandise and re-orders items as needed
  • Maintains all Health Department and Safety regulations and monitors temperatures of all in-house and store produce (40 degrees or lower)
  • Manages and supervises all employees, food handling, safety training, job training, attendance, and appearance of department leads
  • Communicates with all Department Management concerning all of the above
  • Ensures all equipment is in working order and properly cared for
  • Oversees each department and helps where needed. 

    Special Requirements:

Willing to work overtime and weekends as requested by the company.
